My husband VIPIN KUMAR GARG PF no. 6590322 joined SBI Nagina branch
wef. 15/12/2010 after retirement from Air force as an Airman.As per
bank norms Ex-Servicemen are getting salary as per last pay drawn
certificate of defence.Hence my husband’s basic pay was Rs 18,500/-
wef 15/12/2010 and vide RBO Moradabad letter no. RBO-II/HR/677 dated
21/12/2011 and CPPC Chandichowk letter no. NW3 dated 9/7/2012 dearness
relief on my husband’s Air Force pension was stopped and recovered
wef. 15/12/2010.
You have full records of Ex-Servicemen working in SBI.Just check for
how many personnels’ dearness relief has been stopped and how many are
getting dearness relief.Why this disparity in State bank rules and
regulations?Why rules differ from branch to branch,RBO to RBO,ZO to ZO
and LHO to LHO?
You are requested to take keen interest in the matter and do the
justice with my husband and with the bank.
