Canon India - Dear Sir/Mam, I am not satisfied with free gift

Dear Sir/Mam This to inform you that i had placed an order for canon printer on 4th march but I got the printer after 4 days, secondly I did not get the free gifts inside..I don't any complain about the printer its very good but my complain is to starcj that the free gifts were missing from the box.
Request is to kindly check as its very annoying when you don't get what is promised on live tv.

This to inform you that i had placed an order for canon wifi inkjet printer MG3570 on 25th march 2014 and I got the printer after 4 days. At the time of placing the order the representative was asked that 2 gifts you will received with consignment and 1 more gift (Philips Head Phone) you will received after registration on www.canon.co.in.
I have registered this products on above mentioned web site on 04th April 2014 & I got confirmation mail from canon. I don't any complain about the printer, its very good but my complain is till date I am not receive gift of Philips Head Phone.
I have many time complain gives to customer care executive of Star CJ and Canon, but both are not given proper guideline to me about free gift.
Request is to kindly check as its very annoying when you don't get what is promised on live tv.
