1> On 15th Nov, I raised complaint # about issue in my Bajaj kettle. I got commitment that within 3-4 days Bajaj Engineer will visit and resolve my concern.
2> Bajaj failed in its commitment as I waited till 20th neither engineer came nor I received any call from Bajaj
3> Then same day on 20th , I again called Bajaj customer care and they again committed that by EOD Engineer will visit and resolve my concern.
4> Bajaj failed in its fake commitment again as I waited till 22nd neither engineer came nor I received any call from Bajaj
5> Then on 22nd Nov, I again called Bajaj customer care and they again committed that by EOD Engineer will visit and resolve my concern. They also provided number of their Engineer Mr Anuj Tyagi. He committed that on 23rd Nov by 2 PM, Bajaj Engineer will visit and resolve my concern.
6> Bajaj failed in its fake commitment again as I waited till 23rd neither engineer came nor I received any call from Bajaj.
7> Then same day in evening around 6 PM I called MR Anuj Tyagi in utter frustration and that guy literally abused me. Somehow I got number of Mr Prince Sharma. He committed to get the issue resolved by 24th Nov.
8> Bajaj Engineer came and told that a part need to be replaced. He committed that by same day, EOD, he will replace the part and resolved.
9> Bajaj failed in its fake commitment again as I waited till 24th evening, neither engineer came back nor I received any call from Bajaj.
10> On 24th evening I again spoke with Mr Manish & Mr Prince and they again did fake commitment that by Tuesday, 28th Nov they will replace the part and it will come from Mumbai.
11> Bajaj failed in its fake commitment again as I waited till 28th evening, ALMOST HALF MONTH, neither engineer came back nor I received any call from Mr Prince or any one.
12> Now after all waiting, calling, waiting, calling, getting frustrated & angry, Mr Prince informed that AS PER BAJAJ POLICY NOW THEY CAN NOT SEND ENGINEER AND I NEED TO GO PERSONALLY TO THEIR WAREHOUSE WHICH IS SOME 60 KMs RETURN FROM MY HOME TO GET IT REPLACED.
13> I just want to know, does Bajaj has conned me or they have the habit of doing the same with others. This is too frustrating specially from a company like Bajaj.
