It’s been more than 29 days when I returned the damaged product that was sent to me. And till today I have not got anything but assurance from your customer service team with the same scripted message. They have not taken any action for this and instead giving all kinds of lies to the customers, which is unacceptable. Giving a big advertisement in news paper is good, but you should also know the damage that mouth publicity can cause. These people have no fear of customer and social media .. .

I am sick of Naaptol, this is by all means by worst ever experience of online shopping..

Product ordered : Philips Steam Iron
Delivered on 13/02/13
Condition of Product: Damaged, the tip of the Iron plate was completely broken, packing has no thermocol
Dispatched the product to warehouse : 19/02/13
Current status: This has been more than 20 days and all I have been told is sir you will surely get a product, give us more time .. not sure how much time you need to deliver a product worth 2300 INR.
