Dear team, i am from Navsari 396445. Gujarat. I had purchased Spice Tablet Mi 1010 on 15th May 2013.Invoice no.42263. (copy of invoice attached) After 2 days Auto Rotation stoped functioning so i took it to the Spice service center in surat, Gujarat, 35 kms from Navsari where i stay. They told me that it has just minore defect and it will be repaired within 30 minutes, so i waited in the service center and was repaired after 1 hour. Just after 3 days once again Auto Rotate function stoped working. I had to travel again to Surat, at Spice service center. I was told that there is a software problem and tablet needs to be formated. So they formated the tablet and i was told that now it is in perfect working condition. After that twice i had to visit the service center and the reply was same, the tab needs to be formated and have some software problem.
On 20th of June i went again at Spice Surat Service Center as touch screen stoped responding. Spice Service center told me that they will have to check the hardware and can collect after 4 days. On 24th June i went to Surat Service Centerand i was told that the tab needs to be sent to Ahmedbad as they were not able to repair. Job Sheet no. 1408 book no. 29. It got repaired and i got it back after more than a month. But once again Auto Rotate function stoped working. I complained about this problem to the Service Center and i was told that they are unable to diognise the problem and told me that if this problem persists, the tab must be sent to Ahmedbad again. So on 7th of Sept. 13 Job Sheet no.06101166D90079 it was sent to Ahmedbad. I got it back after 20 days, But within a week it stoped compleatly, it was not switching on. So again on 7th Oct.13 service request no06101166DA0083 (copy of Job Sheet attached) it was sent to Ahmedbad again. Till today i have not received it back. since 45 days i am asking for the refund of my money but there is no reply from Spice Mobile.
i have gone to Service Center for more than 15 times. I have also mailed to customer care several times but there is no reply from Spice Mobile. Tablet was laying more time with Service Center than i used it.
Please help me recover my money. I have not used it more than a week continiously as it was always with service center.
