Hi Sir,
I have purchased a laptop by online using site "snapdeals.com" for my parents and the laptop costs around Rs. 26000. Currently I am in united states, so it took some time to install the laptop with proper operating system and we made install it after 3 weeks of purchse. By using it for 3 days it showed some severe hardware issues and the it seems completely stopped working. I contacted snapdeals customer care for the product replacement or full money refund, but they are trying to wash their hands by blaming the product manufacture and I have to go for product repair from the manufacture for a product which is not even used for 3 days.

Please help me to get rid of this problem. Also please let me know for any additional information required.
