Kent RO Systems - Damage to key component of RO water purifier due to faulty/poor quality service

The RO system was serviced on 27th Feb,2017 by Kent rep and the membrane was replaced for which I paid Rs 2500/-.During the assembly, the FRT was wrongly put in reverse direction by mistake or by ignorance by their rep.I brought it to the notice of Kent rep that the filtration rate has drastically gone down after servicing and very little water is coming out the drain pipe.But I was told that this is a good sign and I should not worry.It was surprising that the filtration time which was earlier 30-40 minutes,had increased to 3-4 hours and after a few weeks the water pump started giving abnormal knocking sound.The system stopped working-tripped electrically(must be due to protection of overload or fuse blown off or whatever) and machine went off on 24th June and could not be switched ON.Kent service rep was called. Some electrical parts were replaced by Kent rep and it was then observed during the investigations that the FRT(Flow Restricting Tube) was assembled wrongly during the servicing done on 27th Feb,resulting into all these problems.The membrane was found totally blocked(not choked) and was replaced again by Kent rep,costing me an avoidable Rs 2500 again.I am pretty sure that the membrane was damaged due to the wrong assembly of FRT and operation of system in this condition for 3 1/2 months.
I am surprised,rather shocked, that despite so many complaints ,Kent team is not addressing the problem of poor service quality by their rep resulting into extra burden of Rs 2500/- on me and trying to divert the attention towards warranty issue.
The old membrane is available with me and it can be checked for the type of damage.
