I am Madhav Prajapati, studying here in pune, few days earlier on 21-02-2017 i saw a add for a sale of Bulldog puppy and contacted the dealer(MOHIT SINGH) working this all from an innocent guys name PRINCE KINGER for the puppy. he costed the puppy for 5000/- rs in whicj i paid 2000/-rs advance and the remaining 3000/-rs was supposed to be paid after delivery of the puppy.
The dealer (MOHIT SINGH) transisted the puppy to the shipping agency named UNITED SHIPPING AGENCY.
After transit the shipping agency mailed me to pay 1000/- rs for the insurance of the puppy in which 9800/- rs were refundable.
After one night of this payment the demanded 25000/- rs in which 5000/- rs was for thwe rent of the crate for the puppy and 20000/- rs was for collateral. I paid all this money to their bank account and they assured me to deliver the puppy next morning on 24-02-2017.
Now since yesterday i am calling the agency but they are not giving any proper reply nd they said that the puppy is missing from them, and when i asked them to refund my money back they are saying you havew to wait 48 hours (2DAYS) until they find the puppy.
But today i called them they were not even replying and talking properly and saying that your money will take 60-120 days (2-3 MONTHS) to refund.

I'm facing the same problem. I saw an ad on Quikr for adopting dogs. I called them up and asked if they had a Syberian Husky. They told me that the adoption fees is ₹5000 and transportation fees is ₹1500. I told them that I'd pay only ₹3500 as advance and rest of the amount shall be paid whenever I recieve the puppy. He agreed. He sent me his pancard and adhaar card details. His name is Mohit Singh. He asked me to make the payment to his bank account immediately. He told me that he was done with the shipping and the puppy was with United Shipping Agency. Mohit asked me to check my mail. I had received a mail regarding the life insurance and all. The shipping agency asked me to pay ₹10000 of which ₹9800 was refundable. I contacted Mohit Singh immediately that why didn't he tell me earlier. He said that he didn't know that life insurance was required for North. I asked him to pay ₹10000 to the shipping agency and 98% was refundable. He refused. I'm not going to pay the agency ₹10000. Mohit Singh has my ₹3500 and he isn't replying now. I have his Adhaar card details, Pan card details and his bank details. Let me know what can I do please.

I saw a similar ad for Yorkshire Terrier Puppy on Thursday, 23rd February 2017 and that person demanded Rs.2500 as adoption fee and after the payment I got an email from United Shipping Company that I have to pay additional Rs.5000 for the crate and Rs.4800 will be refunded. I did not pay 5k and asked the owner of the puppy to pay the money. I have neither received my 2500 nor the puppy. Kindly let me know what action have you taken against them?
