At an unfortunate moment I thought of purchasing a material from Telebrands. Before repeating my complaint, let me share the pathetic service that this number which is the customer support team does. It is 0********30. These guys take you on a royal ride and never give you a genuine response. Call gets cut either by default or design and the next person who asks all questions again, gives you a completely different response than the previous caller who received your complaint first. Also surprisingly, after being fooled for 2 months with false promises of replacement, when i again ask for the same replacement, a respected Sir tells me to control my anger. It is so disgusting to see the service and response to complaints. I bought this kitchen equipment which reaches me with a broken jar. So I am unable to even touch the product forget using it. I never believed in reviews much but today i pick up the confidence to write that yes these people can really fool you especially Telebrands. This was purchased in Oct 2014 and i have been calling them every monday when they tell me it is dispatched ( the replacement piece) on the previous Saturday. To make it even more convincing, they ask you to be on hold and i believe they must be have a cup of tea or coffee and as if they got a solution from a register, they tell you..Sir your product has been dispatched.
Believe me somebody, they are trained to handle any type of customer grievance. Kudos! Shameless bunch of crooks! India is definitely progressing, I am Rakhesh an unfortunate customer from the South
