i did not recevied mobile phone which was oreded by me on 29-01-2010
on 26-02-2010 i got a call from naaptol and saying that they are sending the mobilephone very next day.tiil to day they did not deleverd the phone.i paid full amount for the mobilephone on 4-02-2010
from 16-03-2010 onwards i am calling everday to custmercare.every time they are saying only one thing that is we are forwerded your complain to our seniors they will call back to you.but i did not got any call untill 24-03-2010
why custmercare people are giving false statements again&again.because of their false statements i spent 1000 rupee for courier charges and phone calls.
send my money or my phone.
