With reference to my PNR NO 2535866642 & IRCTC Transaction ID 0216378487 i had booked E TICKET through NGPAY gateway from Bachhrawan to Meerut by Train No. 4511 journy dated on 31 May 2010 in Tatkal Quata . Passenger 1 Shivam Agarwal Passenger 2 Neha Agarwal as per Ticket & Railway Web Site the status was Confirmed before Chart prepration but after chart prepration the status of both the passengers are showing in waiting 1 & 2 respectivily which was later confirmed by me on PRS Counter & Railway web site. It was a shock for me & we have decided not to board the train as per E ticket railway rules the fully waitlist Eticket should be cancelled automatically & the refund will be credited to my credit card .But till now no refund is credit to my credit card account.When contacted to NGPAY & IRCTC they all said it is a confimed tatkal eticket so the same is not eligible for refund.When requested to IRCTC Customer care they said it is possible only when the coach is short.So you should contact at station. As per RTI act i would like to have a copy of Chart & like to know whether the 2 AC coach rack was short or not .
