Axis Bank - credit card fraud refund not provided which is reflecting on the card

there was a fraud transaction on my credit card in Nov. the card was inmy possession the time the i calledfraud took place. i got to know about the transaction when i received a text msg.i called the cust service and blocked the card. went to axis branch to notify about the fraud.it was escalated. from the bank.

Complainant's Goal: i want the fraud amount with the interest to be waived off.

Sir, mai SBI bank (branch name= MIRGANJ,BIHAR) ke ATM se 2000 karkar 2 baar nikale but paisa nikla nahi aur balance cut jane ka sms de diya.Mera A/C AXIS bank ka hai aur uske helpline no.pr phone kar raha hu to phone lag hi nahi raha h aur other bank se statement nikala to balance cut jane ka show kr raha hai. Sir aapse request hai ki aap mujhe mera balance refund dijiye abhi mujhe bahot emergency hai. Sir,mai SHAMSHAD ALAM, bank name= AXIS BANK,A/C no.= ********5711581,branch name=Shyamnagar, Kolkata, branch code= 1488.
