Crappy option really – I was told that clay sim cards are really good if i have to travel abroad but my experience with them was quite the contrary. Their services in Singapore was really bad. There was moments in the day when there would be no signal for hours. Surprisngly nothing was really done to address this issue but when i refused to clear my bill worth 14890/- Clay sim’ sales people went nuts saying that they had addressed the issue post my emails. I have a documented folder dedicated to them with only my emails and no revert from their end. Such is the service that they provide in the name of convenience and connectivity. Its totally not worth the spends.
