I have couriered a parcel which contains a pair of branded footwear worth Rs.5490.00 through First Flight courier on 14-2-2014 and the booking receipt no : C991B0321273 to Kolkata , on third day when i called to check the delivery status , they said parcel is been dispatched from chennai to kolkata and then i have checked with kolkata again they said still the parcel is not received to their office and then the complaint/issue has been taken by the First flight office (B'g.balachandran ala'; 'mascsd@firstflight.net','Business Development )
and then they have started forwarding the mails internally , but still the parcel is not found , after 24th feb-14 , the mails are completly stopped and i have been sending so many reminders to update the status to deliver my parcel or the equivalent Value, but nobody is replying to the mails. It is very clear that they cannot able to find the courier parcel and giving answers we are checking out. when the parcel itself is lost, then why to give answers we are checking out, I need the money back of 5490.00 + 230.00 courier charges.

We have been following up with First flight courier for the delivery for almost 10 days, It was really a terrible service which was un-expected with a well established courier group.
When we called Kolkata office , they are saying the parcel is not yet received..
We wanted our the parcel to be delivered within 24Hrs , else give us the money back of that parcel value 5490.00 + Courier charges..
