DEAR SIR, We took the membership of 57,000Rs of country club. We told COUNTRY CLUB (Rasol, Tirumani) Hyderabad branch to cancel the membership due to urgent personal reason just after one day of giving 57000 Rs. Mr Rasol said that this process of cancellation takes time time and even total money will be refunded in 30 days and we asked please confirm it by 2 days it is very urgent requirement for us. The Girl Tirumani is good to us before we made the transaction but once after the transaction she is behaved like we are unknown to her. Completely cheated us like anything. This was my really very big mistake for paying this amount to this club. Please raise this Issue and serious and strict action should be taken otherwise every single can be cheated by this people.
THEY ARE SITTING THERE TO MAKE FOOL OF THE PEOPLE. THEY MISLEAD THEM. THEN WHY DO INITIATE THE THINGS WHEN CANCELLATION PROCESS IS NOT THERE. IT WAS A GENUINE AND SERIOUS REASON TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP. COUNTRY CLUB IS JUST MAKING FOOL OF PEOPLE AND DOING BUISNESS. AND IF YOU WILL SEE THE CONSUMERS FORUM COMPLAINS, THERE ARE 1000 OF COMPLAINS AGAINST COUNTRY CLUB. SERIOUS AND STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST COUNTRY CLUB THIS ISSUE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO HIGH PRIORITIES.
