I became a member of Country Vacations on 5th of march 2013 in BEL ROAD office in Bangalore. The person who attended me was AZHARUDDIN. He told that he is one of the manager. Initially we were informed that we have got some lucky coupon and I will get some gift vouchers from country club. So we went to BEL road office to take the gift but they told that we need to attend 1 hr presentation. In the presentation, they tried to mentally force us to become the members. They guided us through a wonderful dream and promised a lot of benefits and advantages on becoming the Country Vacations. But my budget was not enough for the membership fee and hence they promised me that they will break the amount in EMI's of 36 months and hence I took it. After that day, my world became hell. I was asked to submit some documents for membership card, but everytime I used to go to their office, either their office was closed, or the manager was not their. Finally after 10 days and visiting almost 5 times to their office, we handed over the documents. But after 20 days also, we didn't receive our cards instead of their promise that we will receive in 3 days. I was mentally tortured for getting this cards as they don't take the responsibility of anything.
After that, I saw my credit card statement and was shocked to see that the EMI's has not been converted. It is only 12 months EMI. I had to pay huge amount each month for these EMI's. I contacted the person who attended me on the joining date but he never picked the call. I went to their office and after much effort I talked with AZHAR's manager whose name was GIRISH NAIDU. He clearly said that we are not responsible for what AZHAR did. But somehow we convinced him to help us. He again contacted his customer relationship manager whose name was IMRAN. He told that he will talk to the team and convert these EMI's and he took 1 week of time. But even after 15 days, he didn't respond. When I called him, he said they will give some compensation for this to us. But after calling him 100 times, he didn't pick the call to inform anything.
I am in total distress as I am a victim of a big fraud. I am having lot of issues in paying the EMI's which they have loaded on me. If someone can guide me on what to do, it will be very helpful to me.
SO PLEASE NEVER TAKE ANY SORT OF PACKAGE OR ANY MEMBERSHIP FROM COUNTRY VACATIONS.
