We took country club membership in 2011,at gurgaon by spending 70,000.my membership no is CCDL03V10LW9500.We were deceived by the country club people by giving wrong information & making false promises to sell their membership.we were told that they had properties all over india where in we could stay for 7 days in a year free of cost,where we would be provided accommodation in 2bed room luxory suit & all meals will be served just by paying 200 rs per day,but we found all their claims to be fake when we tried to book a holiday for ranthambore,we were told that they do not have their own property so they gave options in so called their tie up properties which were v low rated & when we compared the costs in certain other travel agents like Expedia india I found that they were priced low than the quote given by country club people..i spoke to somany people at customer care and their head office in Hyderabad,their response was pathetic I ended up loosing my peace of mind.I was also told that I can sell the membership if by any chance I am not happy with it after one year & they will get the full refund & also the premium if they r selling it a a higher cost.its like an investment.recently we were even told by a lady who called me for reminding me to pay 6k as a maintaince fee that ,if I want to can sell the membership & get the refund.so we went to the office in gurgaon from where we brought the membership.the person who sold us the membership gt promoted & was replaced by another man,upon enquiring him about the cancellation of membership & refund of money he said its quite obvious that people come up with such issues & they even get the refund but since he did not sell the membership to us,we should talk to the concerned person (Mr.shukath Ali) regarding this.we mailed him & spoke to him regarding this.now he says that he never made any such claims & he would not refund the money.i want these people to be more transparent in their deals & want them to refund my money with intrest for all the torture I underwent.
