I owned Mahindra Thar on dated 25.05. 2016 bearing registration no UK 08 AL 0808. Its clutch plate failed just on a short run of 5000 km. Same was replaced by you for that i am very much thankful. Now again after total driving of 20000 km my vehicle clutch plate failed and the authorized service workshop manager is saying that it is chargeable costing Rs 20000. This is a serious issue of concern that for the company poor material and service cost is to be paid by innocent consumer. So request you please resolve my issue on priority and arrange to repair my vehicle without any cost.
In my family we are using 3 other mahindra vehicle but never face such kind of problem and has a good experience with Mahindra. So again request you please resolve my issue on priority

being cheated by mahindra authorised dealer shree tirupati mahindra kanpur taken excess amount and while refunding they are saying will provide services the amount is rupees 14000 app. infact i am shock mahindra as a principal company unable to resolve my complaint mail already done in customer care no positive reponse from that side all proof n fact provided to mahindra
