Dell India online directed me to compuindia.com, where I maid prepaid order for dell latitude 10 tablet with digitizer pen sensitive screen, but product I received was cheapest model essential without digitizer pen sensitive screen.I returned product, but compuindia is making drama, by not receiving returned product from Bluedart courier service, plz help by earlier refund.
Complainant's Goal: Refund of my payment plus return courier charges.
