Sir I ordered xiomi redmi 1s mobile on Surpluss.in site on 5/6/2015. Payment 4924/- paid. Order no 1********. Tracking information not available. I call customer service no 1800 103 1346 but no anyone lift a call.several times I send a mail to any time@Surpluss.in but no response. Worst customer support. Cheating the customers. In this regard please help me.
