My I 10 Grand car GJ6 HD 1986 met with an accident on 8/5/2017 and is covered under Zero debt insurance. the windshield and front bumber was broken . They charged me Rs 6120 wide invoice dated 10th may 2017 number B201705526. They said me that they will be able to cover only Glass but they charged for mounding and Glass assembly for the Glass also . I have paid money for fixing the new front bumper which found not to be original and plastic one . They are not ready to listen . I have shown them the strength of the bumper in comparison with the original one . but the Manager Sanjay Patel and Mayank refused to hear anything . They have not even gave me back the my old bumper and other parts back
These people are into fixing duplicate parts and fake services .I have observed that they do not even change the oils which they claim in their bills and service log book
I need the bumper to be fixed original in my Car and need my old one back
Need clarification on the charges they have taken
need strict action and probe into malpractices of the entire gang working there
If no resolution found by this mail, I would be forced to file a police complaint against these guys

Modi Hyundai,vasai,sativali workshop had replaced my car's front wind shield in April-2016 charging me Rs 24815. In 2017-sep there is a water leakage & my cars entire carpet,wiring & internal parts got damaged. The front wind shield which was replaced by Modi Hyundai is of short in size & used to move whenever touch for cleaning. I would like Hyundai to change the front wind shield & fix correct size original wind shield. Also Hyundai should assure me in writing that there will not be any water leakage from the same area & take full responsibility of any incident happen in future related to front wind shield.

1. Reminder of my last complain against anomol Hyundai pvt ltd jabalpur for collect extra amount of insurance and RTO registration fee don't refund of my amount.
2. New are my Crate 1.6 VTVT SX plus petrol car purchase from anmol Hyundai than sales manager told me this car is 2 times "taflon coded" car but you other service centre are told this car is not taflon coded please cleared of our quarry clear.
