I am amazed with the alacrity with which you publish online complaints without looking at the other side.
Have been lucky as my work shows and this complaint had not made any difference in my interaction with patients.
However iconnect does not realise that one sided complaint without getting the right picture can make them vulnerable to defamation.
Also they need to know that this complaint was not even registered by the Consumer forum.
