My IFB front loading washing machine(Model ;-Serena) ,sr no-18863 purchased on
31/march/2009 in the AMC contract till 03/08/15 is the contention of
the complain.
Firstly my AMC was from 19/02/2013 to 18/02/2014 and then in the month
of September 2013, I was told My AMC has expired which i continued frm
12/9/2013 to 13/09/2015 that meant I payed 5 months extra for the
AMC contract,which I want to be reimbursed or adjusted.
A fortnight back, on 27 October with issued complain no;- 11736379, I
reported a complaint for the rubber change in my washing machine
following which a repairman came after three days and claimed he dont
have the requisite model rubber and need some time to replace it.
As per my wait till 16 of November ,I Followed up on my complain and
was issued a new complain no 11868863 by the customer care on the non
compliance of my complain.
I am sorry to say tht in spite of being assured of the prompt service
I am yet to see any result., which totally dissatisfy me as a consumer
and who uptill now have been regarding the IFB product highly.
Its a request, to attend my compliant on immediate basis as the
washing machine is a everyday functioning need while reimbursing or
adjusting my 5 months AMC payment.
