I am a Research Scholar in IIT Kanpur, India. I placed an order 4 pairs of shoes and 1 shirt at Zovi.com. After getting the shoes, I returned 3 pairs of shoes and the shirt. (I kept with myself only 1 pair of shoe). I have all the receipts for returning the items to Zovi.com. According to Zovi.com’s return policy, I should get the refund for returnd items in about 1 week. But now, this has been more than 3 weeks, still my order status at Zovi.com shows that the returned items have not reached their warehouse. I complained a lot of times to Zovi.com customer services. But they always say to wait for more times. I also tried to find the email id of some higher level authorities at Zovi.com sothat I may complained them about the issue. But anyhow, I am not able to find the email id of any higher level authority at Zovi.com. In this way, I am feeling that I have been cheated by Zovi. com.
I am a very busy man working as a research scholar at one of the best research institution of world i.e. IIT Kanpur. Zovi.com’s this kind of response has really frustrated me. Sir, here in IIT Kanpur, I have a lot of friends who purchase various things from Zovi.com. When I informed them about this issue to them, they are saying that they will never purchase any item in their life from Zovi.com. I am thinking of taking this complaint to consumer court in spite of my busy schedule. But, I once again want to request Zovi.com to please look into this matter and refund me the amount to my bank account for the returned item. My cancelled order details are given below:
