Sewer drain problem
We are residents of 109/2 A west azad nagar street number 14 krishna nagar delhi 51, just I would like to drag your attention to area ...where from last one week our Sewer are totally blocked, Sewer water is flowing on road, , We have complain to our area AAP office ,but but number switch off or change so we can not register complain, go to your office.

Request you Please do the solve the problem ASAP.

SUB: - COMPLAINT FOR DUMPING OF SEWER DISCHARGE TOWARDS MY FRONT GATE

Respected Sir,

This is to bring into your kind notice that I am the resident of B-1/183, NEW MOTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110015. There is an open sewer outside my house which was placed to accommodate the drainage system of the flats: B-1/181 (ground floor) owner Smt.Usha Kalra and B-1/182 (first and second floor) New Moti Nagar, New Delhi-110015 owner Smt.Janak Dulari.

It has been around two weeks since this sewer is blocked due to the waste released and has resulted in accumulation of dirty water in the vicinity of my house. Due to this, there is increased chance of spreading several diseases like dengue, malaria and other health and hygiene concerns. Also, the above flat residents having the connections in this sewer are paying no heed to our several reminders to get this blockage removed. The problem is repeated after every two months.


I sincerely request you to please look into the matter and take strict actions immediately and if possible try to close this sewer.

Subject: Complain Regarding Blockage of Sewer Line

Sir,
With due respect we would like to draw your kind attention towards the blockage of Sewer Line of Kucha Neel Kanth, Sir Syed Ahmed Road, Daryaganj, New Delhi-2. This Sewer Line gets blocked regularly. The reason is that the population of this locality is growing day by day and there are big buildings around this line, whereas the sewer line is small and very old and has not been changed with a big one since a long time.

This blockage results in overflowing of the sewer on the road, there is accumulation of dirty water emitting foul smell and giving good site for breeding of mosquitoes in this season of Dengue and Malaria. Due to this the whole area is affected.

Many complains are made by us through phone. But, we feel really sad to say that no necessary action has been taken by responsible authorities.

It is also necessary to clear and clean the blockage in lines regularly.

Therefore, we would kindly request you to take necessary action and to change this Sewer Line with a new and big one as soon as possible to get rid of this pathetic condition.

The sewage manhole gets choked as it has not been connected to the main line at the time of laying the new line.
The Engineer explained to us that it shall require cutting of road as the pipe could not be connected straight to the building as it is at the end so .
Petmission will be required to cut the road to be able to connect it to the main pipe.
This is pending since the pipe was layed a year back leading to blocking of the line of the building leading to damade to the walls .
As ut is not possible according to law to get it manually cleaned proper arrangements be made to unblock the manhole at regular intervals till orders to plan the connection to the main line.
An application has been filed at the local office.Kindly permit the officer incharge to take suitable decision and connect it to the new line .At present the old line is disconnected so the blockage .
