Complaint by: Pramod Sharma on December 7, 2010, 8:37 pm in Mobile Service Providers

I have complaint against Bharti Airtel and not satisfy with the explaination giving by "their responsive officials".

Breif Detail of Case:
I have subscribed for GPRS facility of Airtel by paying them Rs. 395.0 on 22.10.10 and as per airtel terms the facility can be used for one month period. As per terms, facility should expire on 21.11.10 and airtel should inform before expiring the facility. Despite this, Airtel has deducted charges (Approx. Rs. 250.0) from my talk value on "19.11.10 & 20.11.10" before expiring of one month and without any information regarding expiry of GPRS facility.
Moreover, for using GPRS facility airtel having separate recharge card, if as per their record facility expired on 20.11.10 they should deactivate the facility inspite of deducting the charges from talk value. After, contacting their customer care center not get any solution except mental harreshment as they are putting on hold the calls and finally disconnect after some time.

This is my humble plea to penalize such type of cheater and escape innocent people.
