I had booked ticket on 11.03 2012 for journey
from Kathgodam to Madurai via Delhi on 25.04.12.
Reservation from Delhi to Madurai was confirmed
but PNR No. 213-2381988 status for journey from
Kathgodam to Delhi has not improved in more than
a month.
I had made a complaint on 28.03.2012 with Comp.Id
10972 but it is still unsolved.
Even if tkt. is confirmed from Delhi To Madurai,How
will we proceed fom Kathgodam to reach Delhi to
catch connecting train?
Kindly do the needful and get my problem solved
in time for which I'll be highly obliged to you and
Indian Railways.
