This is cap tune above subject, Yesterday i.e. 17th March 2016 i got a call from Vodafone Executive Mobile no: +********8457 and ********00.
My Mobile number is +********1126 i was searching a plan as well migration from my current operator, So that i have raise a query in Vodafone portal for interest. After that i got a call from above mobile number mentioning that she is calling from Kalkaji VODAFONE STORE. I have listened all the information what every related to migration. After that she has asked me to deposit a INR 250 for a new SIM, I have denied that first i will look to the other operator and compare the same.
After that i again i got a call from above Mobile number stating that my number is in process for migration and this will bared and stop for calling in another 3 days.. I was very much surprised that WITHOUT MEETING AND WITHOUT PAPER SUBMISSION who it is possible to migrate or do the formalities. She was enforcing me to take a take a new SIM from her store otherwise she will be stop my incoming and outgoing call.
Sir, This is very surprising that how can anybody force to take a SIM, With a improper information. Also she uses a very abusive language .Requested you to kindly take a necessary action against a store and a executive.
She has mentioned that she is calling from KALKAJI VODAFONE STORE.
My colleague Rahul took a new prepaid connection of Vodafone 12 days back. He gave me name and number of refrence. Now Vodafone guys are calling me everyday 2-3 times for refrence check but not activating my phone.
