I am requesting you kindly take strict action against this company, so that it will not cheat other persons. Please take necessary action so that I can get my money back.....

I have ordered Refurbished Redmi Note 4 mobile via internet through my Axis credit card on 7/10/2017 !to viral deal and i got sms that my order No. is #12********92979 When i tried to contact customer care 0********77, 0********69 the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my e-payment is received by the company. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal. I want my hard earn money back. please take the necessary action against this fraud company and manage the return of my hard earn money...
