videocon D2H - Complaint against Videocon DTH for not providing full annual recharge

I have a Platinum HD annual subscription with Videocon DTH on 02.12.2012 & had paid a total of Rs 5,800/ for the same. My subscription should continue till December 2013 & I had also received a commitment on the same. But, now I have been informed that my recharge vaildity is till 3rd September 2013 & I need to recharge my account prior to that. I have already lodged several complaints on this on their Central Helpine number & their Kolkata DSC at 437, Dumdum Park office. But, till date, all promises from their side have prove to be false & no resolutions have been made on this.

Complainant's Goal: I want my full recharge to be made on my Videocon DTH account.
