Dear Sir/Madam,

I had shifted my household goods from Ghansoli , Navi Mumbai to Noida on dated 12 June 2010 under LR no.183 National Packers & Movers . Their adress is:
TY / B-6 , Super Market,Opp.Marastra Kata, Bus Stop, Near Peninsula Grand Hotel, Sakinaka, Andheri (E) Mumbai-72;
Tel; 022-28528828 / 29 , 0********76

The goods delivered on my residence at noida on 9 July 2010. Lots of items are damaged and one bag containing clothes are missing.
I had taken insurance of Rs 1 lacs paying Rs 3000 to United National Packers & Movers, but till today neither i receive the receipt or the insurance policy.
Now these peoples are not taking my calls and when ever i call them they say that it take time they are searching the goods.
Through your medium , i request to take serious action against United National Packers & Movers so that they behave professionally with their customers in future, also help me in getting insurance policy and missing luggage

I had shifted my household goods from kolkata to chennai through REAL HOME packers n movers.At the early phase they are very polite but when they delivered my goods i saw fridge and washing machine is broken due to bad handling. I done a insurance of 2lakh rupees for that i ve to pay 6000 extra..but when i asked for the claim they are not receving my call...guys never go with real home....
