IRCTC Indian Railways - COMPLAINT AGAINST TTR’s harassment

I was traveling on March 15, 2010 from Mysore to Chennai in the Train No.6221 with my family. I went Mysore for a holiday and due to urgent message I had to return back to Chennai. I booked tickets through IRCTC website in A.C. 3 tier, PNR No. 4528339513 and PNR No. 4115899296 for my family (split tickets this was in Takkal quote to ensure confirm berth for my wife and daughter).

Since I was on holiday, I did not carry proof as mentioned in ERS but I was having photo identification on my credit card with my signature. Further, when tickets are booked the SMSs came to my mobile No. to give enough evident that I am the same person whose name tickets are issued.

Whtn T.T. came for tickets examination, I informed him the actual conditions. But, he misbehaved with me and with my wife. Further, he allotted my berth (B1 seat No. 47) to other passenger and asked me to pay either Rs. 3300 with receipt or Rs. 1500 without receipt. Alternatively, he asked me to go the Sleeper class so that he can give these berths to other passengers (for a price tag for his benefit). In the mid-night he called police in the Bangalore stations and pushed me to go the sleeper class.

I wish to know the following:

1) When I am buying the tickets through IRCTC website, which is government website and SMS has come on my mobile and I have shown credit card with my photo and signature, then why this can not be treated as identification?

2) I should be asked to deposit refundable amount, and once I reach destination and when I can bring the proof to that reservation care centre, my money can be refunded. How can you treat some one without ticket just because the person has failed to provide identification at that point of time? More over penalty is also very huge.

3) How can a T.T. decide that If I go the Sleeper Class, then my mistake of not producing Ids as per ERS is ignorable or if I pay bribe to T.T.as he asked Rs. 1500 without receipt. T.T. had very clear intention to take atleast Rs. 1500 from me. When I refused to pay, he has given ny berth to other passenger. I seek departmental enquiry againt this T.T.

This is to report tt harassment going on right now . My sister is travelling alone from guwahati to Jorhat s6 coach seat number 48 birth side upper sex female. Right now the train is travelling . TT is in s6 coach . He is not agreeing with e ticket even after showing ID proof and is demanding 1000 RS fine . TT told her that her ticket is cancelled *note* ticket is tatkal ticket I my self did today from Tinsukia . Then when my sister said it's tatkal and it cant be cancelled . He started saying your name is not in e ticket . Her name shows as passenger 1 but not her name as it says in voter card . My sister has even shown her voter ID card but still he is saying the ticket is cancelled from reservation counter ticket number is 49684044. PNR number of my sister's ticket is 641-2758834 . Right now it's 11.45 pm . The name of TT harrassing seeing alone girl travelling is MR BASUMATARI. kindly see this action needs to be taken

Dear Sir,
This is venkatesan,I am traveling with Tatkal ticket. In booked my family member directly in ticket counter,in my name and my id proof. So today travel I will taken my id proof , but Mr TTR asked my id proof and ticket , but I have my id proof with mention the ticket, but ttr say u without ticket u traveling, then he say pay the ticket cost, he say mention rule for ticket back side traveling time ticket needed, but not mention this rule , The rule is different person can’t travel only ,different id can’t, but he claimed ticket cost,

Here a TTR in compartment using bad words and beating a small boys .

I think it's a human rights act against him.
Please make sure my complaint.

Dear sir/Mam

my self I am hassan, came from abroad and my ticket booked by my friend .last moment I checked and it was waiting list one . I have requested this A1,B1 ttr to manage some how to help me to get a ticket .it was only 5 minutes and they told me to go to sleeper compartment and try with ttr there . there is a north Indian animal behave guy in the train as ttr.he came inside train and let others go from his seat and made his seat comfortable a lyed there .I really will do what ever should get some punishment to this kind people who sit in government of India . I live in abroad for 15 years .I told him I don't know rule and please tell me what can be done with ticket .he told if u don't know rule get the he'll out of the train. instead of explain he push me outside.im a human not his pet or anything.as an officer of railway don't you people teach some manners to your workers ?? my ticket status was below.

Indian railway at least choose some educated guys to deal work . I would like to know that guy name and details . I have lost an important meeting tomorrow in kerala and he have pushed me out of the train and I got hurt in my body . hurt me unnecessary and I don't want this kind people who work and destroy my country value and disturb poor people out there !!

after train left I got sms below . the guy B1 compartment also behave bad . A1 ttr showed a polite to say to go sleeper and try .what's this sms mean for you people ??

I am traveling from Chennai to Coimbatore in Mangalore express (16859) 12 March 2017. There were four ladies belongs to the same family in the same compartment in which I have travelled. At around 3.am when I was sleeping I heard a woman shouting and woke up and I was shocked to see that the TTR is misbehaving with one of the four ladies. Everyone around us woke up, It seems the TTR has drunken. After sometime another TTR came and two railway constables came. They were speaking in a way of safeguarding the culprit. They are telling, if you register complaint against TTR, then you have to come several times for enquiry The train is about to reach Trichy. Please take necessary action.

I was traveling from bidhannagar road (bnxr) to durgapur (dgr) on 14/05/2016 with my friend. We collected our local tickets(RS 35 for each) at 3:55 am in bidhannagar and took the train( sealdah dankuni local) at 4:15am. Then we arrived dankuni junction( dkae) around 4:45 am and from there we took Howrah bardhaman local at 5:20 am. We arrived bardhaman around 7:00am ,then we took Bardhaman asansol local at 7:40am and arrived Durgapur at 8:50 am(10 minutes late)
In that time my friend went to latrine in the platform for 10 minutes while at 8:55am blackdiamond express arrived in durgapur. Then when we were going to leave the station (9:15am) , TTR checked our ticket and complained that we were on express train. Further he referred us to head TTR for verification our ticket. He (head TTR) behaved very bad with holding my collar like that we are criminal and don't hear our any explanation. Then he asked to show the man who were maintaining latrine as a proof. Then my friend were going to call him. But on the way another TTR asked my friend about the matter and assured him to solve the problem. When he came with my friend , he was unable to solve and did not say any word near the angry , head TTR . then he charged RS 580 as fine for traveling in express train with local ticket from bardhaman to durgapur.

I have booked ticket throw IRCTC website for my mother(57 years) to travel from VALAPPADI G HLT(VGE) to CHENNAI EGMORE(MS) on 13-09-2013 and the PNR number is 4255023075 .When i booked the ticket it was already in RAC 71status and it got confirmed for S2,63. As per the new rule she was travelling with SMS and got into the train. She got into S6 compartment to get into S2.The TTR in S6 stopped her and asked for the ticket she showed the SMS and imediatly the TTR starting to shout at her that the SMS is not valid to travel in train and he told her that there is not reservation available for this PNR and did not allow her to continue the travel .He started her to abuse and then made her to get down from the compartment in the mid night of the next station. Then she was asked to get into general compartment .Please complaint a case on this TTR or guide us the file a complaint on the TTR.

MR. V.S LAHVE entered into train 12621 in tamil nadu express after boosing alcohol.He is one of the corrupted TTR who gives seat to paying person not to he person who already has reservation ticket not even giving priority to a female.I want him to be suspended for 6 months and he should pay me 5000 rupeess because of him i got severe fever . well I sill also publish in newespaper .He should feel guilty.
