My SUN DIRECT was not working and made complaint Nos. and 1-4******** and 1-5******** respectively. Engineer from SUN DIRECT taken away the the DTH Box on 14th September, 2010 for repair and not returnback till now. Now i have contacted the customer care again. They inform us that no idea about it who has taken away? asking to us. NO RESPONSE GETTING FROM SUN DIRECT SERVICE CENTRES.
