On 19TH OF March 2013, I received a call from a lady stating she represent HDFC bank credit card division and they have a rebate card where customers get 5 -25 % discount on buying any products listed with them.
However, I found that they have cheated me by telling that they are from HDFC bank. In fact they have nothing to do with the bank credit card division. They have deducted an amount of Rs. 6399/- from my card. They are actually from a fraud company SHIFTTHOUGHTS CONSULTING PVT LTD. Address of the company: (A-82,2nd flr,naraina industrial area, phase-1,new delhi-110028).
Against that they have provided me a card and a few gift vouchers which does not worth more then Rs. 1000/- Also there are additional payment to be made in each case.
Further and most impotently, the dinner card which promises various discounts from various shops and establishments is not entertained by those shops and establishments. So it is a total fraud from the company’s part.
Now I want my money back from this fraud company. Please help me to get justice.
