complaint-1

To,
The Chairman,
Punjab National Bank,
7, Bhikaji cama place,
New Delhi.

Subject :- Application for taking immediate action against Sh. Sohan
Lal Jindal, Chief Manager, PNB, the Mall , Patiala and
stopping from taking any action against us, till the
decision of case.
Dear sir,
We are having two accounts (03********047028 & 03********047505) in Punjab National Bank, the mall Patiala since 2006.
We had taken the Term loan and C/C limit in PNB, the Mall , Patiala branch during the year 2006 for which our registration deed of our factory land and registration deed of two commercial shops in Dhak Bazaar were given to bank respectively. Later, on 17.07.2007 we availed the housing loan from the same branch for which our registration deed of our house property was given.. But, without taking any consent from us, the bank attached the house property with C/C limit Account in illegal way.
Our account was declared as NPA on dated 20-5-2014. However, we had deposited an amount of Rs 24,69, 000, till 31-12-2014 in these accounts.
We have undergone the process of OTS under the pressure of bank officers on dated 14-1-2015 with the deposit of Rs.20,00,000 with the understanding that bank will release these properties attached against these accounts and the amount which was to be deposited in the bank had to come by selling these properties respectively of each account, But unfortunately due to slump in property market, we were unable to sell these properties up to 28th February,2015.

On dated 15.03.2015, we got a proposal for selling these properties for Rs. 1.20 crores from some of buyers for our two properties and the same was submitted to the bank for the release of our two properties (copy of which is attached at Annexure-1). But, Mr. Sohan Lal Jindal (chief manager, the mall Patiala), demanded Rs. 2 Lacs as a bribe from us to through the proposal. But we unable to fulfill his demand. He again called us on 20th march,2015 in the evening time and threatened us that if we don’t fulfill his demand of Rs. 2 lacs then he will take possession of our properties and throwaway our belongings and articles out of these properties. We requested him many a times but he did not listen. We also requested the same to Circle Head ( D.G.M.) Patiala, but all in vain.
Now, we came to know from the market that Mr. Sohan Lal Jindal (chief manager, the mall Patiala) had made deals with some of Property dealers of Patiala, that after taking possession of our properties bank will sell these properties at throwaway prices.
Dear sir, no one likes that his account to be classified as NPA, but due to certain reasons we had suffered a huge financial loss in the business, which is well known to the bank officials/officers. This was shown many a times to at that time chief manager Mr. Vashishat (B.O. Bhadson Road).we asked him many times to help financially from bank but he didn’t listen to us Sir, on one side we had lost everything and on other side this officer Mr. Sohan Jindal had made our life very hard and is torturing my family members everyday. He comes to our house in our absence and use abusive words to them. Sir, been our intentions bad then we should not have deposited Rs. 50 lacs in our accounts till date.
Sir, it is requested to conduct the enquiry of the case and to take immediate action against Mr. Sohan Lal Jindal , chief manager, PNB, the Mall Patiala. The said officer be immediately stopped to interfere in the matter and and to take any action, till the final decision of the case is taken by the higher authorities.

We will be very thankfull to you,
Your’s faithfully,
Vishal jindal

complaint 2-

To,
The Chairman,
Punjab National Bank,
7, Bhikaji cama place,
New Delhi.

Memo no :- spl-2, dated 17-04-2015

Subject :- Threatening and pressurizing by Mr. J .P. Singh (DGM ,
Circle Head , Patiala ) for withdrawal of complaint against
Mr Sohan Lal Jindal ( chief manager, PNB, the mall
Patiala).

Ref :- Regarding Complaint dated 30-03-2015 against Sh. Sohan
Lal Jindal ( Chief Manager, The Mall Patiala) .

With reference to the subject cited above, it is intimated that my Father Sh. P. K. Jindal (District Town Planner, RETD) was called by Mr. J.P. Singh (DGM , Circle Head ,PNB, Patiala through Mr. V. K. Gupta (AGM, the mall , Patiala) on 15-04-2015 at 4.30 p.m. through mobile number 0********35. Accordingly, at 11 A.M on dated 16-04-2015 my father, myself, Mr. V. K. Gupta and Mr Rana ( AGM, circle office, Patiala ) went to meet Mr. J.P. Singh (DGM , Circle Head ,PNB, Patiala) .
During the meeting, Mr. J.P. Singh (DGM , Circle Head ,PNB, Patiala) threatened and warned us to withdraw the complaint against Sh. Sohan Lal Jindal (Chief Manager, the Mall Patiala) and RTI applications otherwise, they will take possession of our only house and other properties. He further threatened to sell our properties at throw away prices.
Sir, during the meeting with Hon‘ble DGM, we told him that we will not withdraw complaint and RTI applications at any cost being nature and facts of complaint true.
Sir, it is also intimated that there are so many other NPA cases pending in the Circle office, Patiala, those had not deposited a single penny in the Bank, but the officers did not bother any of them ( Detail of such NPA accounts and action taken against those NPA accounts had already been sought by us under RTI act from the bank).
Sir, this shows the malafied intentions of these officers who are sheltering one another on mis-conduct. it seems that invitation by Mr. J.P. Singh (DGM , Circle Head ,PNB) Patiala was only to threaten, mentally torture and to pressurize us to withdraw the complaint against Sh. Sohan Lal Jindal and RTI applications, not to sort out the issue.
Sir, it is requested to conduct the enquiry against these officers, so that we may get justice from your good self.
