Dear Sir,
\'Make my Trip.Com\' is a very good site where people can do their Travel and Hotel bookings from the comforts of their Home PC\'s.

I would just like to suggest, that by recommending \'BAD HOTELS\' like Hotel Maya International at Bangalore, you will spoil the reputation of your Web-Site.

Hotel Maya International has published FALSE PICTURES OF ITS ROOMS and given FALASE INFORMATION OF ITS HOTEL AND FACILITIES.

Recently we were badly DUMPED BY HOTEL MAYA INTERNATIONAL.

We had made a booking on the Internet at Hotel Maya International, Bangalore from 24th (evening) December, 2009 to 30th December, 2009. As per their Web-Site and conditions we paid them a 100% Advance of Rs. 27,500/-.

When we landed in Bangalore on 24th evening and reached the hotel, WE WERE SCOCKED TO SEE THE SHABBY, LOW, SLIMY LOOK OF THE HOTEL.

Every room smelt like it was full of Pests. There were hardly any lights in the rooms and half of them were not working.

The beds were dirty, the Bathrooms were Stinking and there were all Drug Addicts and Alcoholics around the hotel and in the rooms.

Even the lift was so small that only 2 people could fit inside it.

EVERYTHING WAS SHABBY AND STINKING. We even heard screams of women from the rooms.

We had come in a family group of 6 people, 3 of who were old senior citizens. Seeing the HORRIBLE AND DEGRADING CONDITION OF THE HOTEL, we refused to stay there and asked the Hotel Desk staff to REFUND OUR MONEY BACK.

HOTEL MAYA INTERNATIONAL IS NOT A PLACE FOR DECENT FAMILIES OR PEOPLE TO STAY. THEY ARE CHEATERS AND HAVE FOOLED INNOCENT PEOPLE INTO BOOKING IN THEIR HOTEL BY DISPLAYING WRONG INFORMATION OF THEIR HOTEL FACILITES AND DISPLAYING FALSE PHOTOGRAPS OF THEIR HOTEL ROOMS.

The hotel Desk Staff told us that since it was late in the evening (next day being Christmas), they would talk to their Proprietor, Mrs ..... and ask her to sign us a Refund of our Advance Cheque of Rs. 27,500/-.

Since it was getting late and the next day being Christmas, we immediately shifted at that late hour in the evening to another GOOD DECENT FAMILY HOTEL , Hotel SHELTON GRAND, on Church Street, Bangalore. THIS HOTEL HAS VERY GOOD FACILITIES, EXCELLENT ROOMS, EXCELLENT STAFF AND GOOD FOOD. IT WAS A PLEASURE STAYING IN THIS WONDERFUL HOTEL.

I advise My Trip.Com to STRONGLY RECOMMEND that your Web-Site DISASSOCIATES with Cheap Drug Hotel like HOTEL MAYA INTERNATIONAL AND INSTEAD PROMOTES HOTEL SHELTON GRAND IN BANGALORE FOR DECENT PEOPLE TO STAY.

While we were on vacation for the next few days in Bangalore, we constantly visited Hotel Maya International and asked them to GIVE BACK OUR ADVANCE MONEY, since we had not stayed there even for 1 hour.

They said that they would give us the money minus \'Cancellation Charges of 50%\'. SUCH CROOCKS THIS HOTEL IS.

WE WERE FORCED TO CANCEL OUR BOOKING IN THAT DIRTY HOTEL MAYA INTERNATIONAL BECAUSE THEY HAD \'FOOLED\' US WITH WRONG INFORMATION OF THEIR HOTEL AND ITS FACILITIES AND FALSE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THEIR HOTEL ROOMS. HENCE CANCELLATION CHARGES DO NOT APPLY TO US.

Inspite of our repeated arguments, the Proprietor Mrs KUMAR refused to give us our cheque and kept delaying the matter.

Finally our holiday was over and we had leave back for Mumbai. We told our Friends, Mr. Babu and Mr. Samuel from Bangalore to follow-up on our behalf with the Hotel and get our money back.

However, the CROOK PEOPLE OF MAYA INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, tried to evade us and finally two days back, they gave a cheque of Rs. 13,000/- to our Friend, Mr. Babu and told him that the balance amount is taken as Cancellation Charges. We told our friend to immediately deposit the Rs. 13,000/- cheque in our ICICI Account. AS WE EXPECTED THE CHEQUE BOUNCED!

Now again, our friend called the Hotel and its Proprietor and told them about the CHEQUE BEING BOUNCED!

Mrs Kumar seems to be as CROOCKED AS HER DIRTY HOTEL \'MAYA INTERNATIONAL\'. She keeps EVADING OUR PHONE-CALLS AND NOT MEETING OUR FRIENDS WHEN THEY GO THERE TO TALK TO HER AND GET BACK OUR MONEY.

We request the management of \'Make My Trip.Com\' who recommended this Hotel to us, to IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR WEB-SITE AND BLACK-LIST THAT HOTEL AS A DIRTY, CHEATING, MIS-GUIDING AND DRUG ADDICT HOTEL and not recommend it to DECENT FAMILIES, who innocently go onto the Internet to book their Vacation / Tour Hotels.

We also request you\'ll, if you have any tie-up with this Hotel\'s Proprietor, Mrs Kumar, to please get in touch with her and ask her to refund our 100% Advance back.

Till then, we will go onto all the Web-Sites and Blogs and Communication Sites and EXPOSE WHAT WRONG THEY HAVE DONE TO US.
