Axis Bank - Complaint Against Axis Credit Card

Hello,

I am Rupesh Harish Pawani and have a complaint against Axis Bank with regards to my credit card. 2 years ago, I had deposited 30,000 as fixed deposit in Mulund(W) branch and the for this fixed deposit, the bank gave me a credit card. After that I had carried out transactions worth Rs. 27,000 on this credit card and thereafter cleared all the outstanding money. My due amount in the credit card account should be showing Rs.0 but when I check my cibil report, it shows my name which indicates some of my amount is still due which isn’t the case.

Can you please let me know why my name is still up in the cibil report or in the Axis Bank defaulter list when I have no outstandings debts to pay.

I had cancelled the card and don’t even have any record of that card number. I went to your Mulund branch to enquire about this but wasn’t given a proper reply for this.

If all my accounts are found to be clear, I want an invoice from Axis Bank that I have no outstanding amount remaining and my name too should be duly removed from the Axis Bank defaulter list. Please reply at the earliest as this is causing a lot of distress.
