On date 20/11/2010 I met a accident
and my car, having registration no UP42L 6733 badly damaged.. On 22/11/2010
send my car to RKBK Faizabad Uttar Pradesh for complete repairing .On
07/04/2011 they delivered the car and told that it is completely
ok with all aspect ,I trust Maruti and taken my car without proper
checking Next day morning starting problem observed.
After complains to dealer , they
have checked the car four times ,but i am very sorry to say that the problem
is not well diagnosis by them
.So I have informed the matter to RKBK
Gorakhpur service center. They advised to send the car to RKBK Akabrpur.During the
checking
they have changed wiring,battery and others during span of one month.In this one
month i have sent the car two times.
Sir i am very much surprised to
see the capability of Maruti technical team, which are unable
to diagnose the fault. I am loosing my valuable time and money to
send my car number of times to Faizabad and Akbarpur ,which are not near
to Tanda(60Km)
I have deposited entire amount
whenever they raised the bill without solving the fault.
Sir i request you to take
immediate action on the said subject and solve the problem in one shot
to cement Maruti name.
Please inform what action you are
going to take.
