ifb microwave oven,model no-23SC3,sl.no.-5001140mpurchased on17/09/2011,from great eastern trading company at garia,cash memo no-4157,covered under warranty period,stopped working from 22/06/2012,noon. complain no-9075882 lodged on 22/06/2012 evening.service technician came on 25/06/2012,inspected and informed that one parts not working,need to be replaced by new one,verbally.from then no action taken for replacement/repairing.almost each and every day ifb br.off.personnel ,of kolkata,tel. no-03330489297 giving assurance that the fault will be rectified within one day,over telephone in the process of enquiry.
