COMPLAIN AGAINST THE DEALER FOR
NO SUPPLY OF FILLED GAS CYLINDERS TO SUB-DEALER


Sir,

1. I, am sub-dealer of leading G.N India Gas (P) Ltd for the Bithuna & Kherwa Panchayat vide Ref D.S.A/L/1081, D.S.A/L/1082 both dated 07 Dec 10 and agreement dated 26 Nov 2010 respectively.

2. My agency fall under the dealer M/S Sahi & Singh Gas Agency, Bhagwanpur Hat (Mora Road), District – Siwan (Bihar), PIN-841408.

3. I am very proud to be associated with G.N. India Gas (P) Ltd. as its sub-dealer. My keen interests towards service for rural people, passionate desire to enhance rural life style in all possible ways; were my dream, which ultimately led me to get associated with your leading company.

4. I have been making all possible efforts and leaving no stone unturned to expand the business of the company through conducting regular awareness campaigns, advertisements and personally interacting with the people and appreciating them about benefits of being a domestic and commercial consumer of gas from G.N. India Gas (P) Ltd. The system has been running smoothly. However, for the past few months I have been encountering the following critical problems:-

(a) The dealer, M/S Sahi & Singh Gas Agency, Bhagwanpur Hat (Mora Road), District – Siwan (Bihar), PIN-841408 has not been supplying the cylinders against my requisition for customers’ empty refill cylinders, in respect of my allotted area for the past four months which has caused a lot of embarrassment to the customers, and the condition has gone worst that there is commotion among the customers. The dealer only supplies filled cylinders against fresh new connections, which the helpless sub-dealer has to accept.

(b) The dealer does not communicate with regards to submission and collection of cylinders to its sub-dealer in respect of old customers well in advance, as a result the customers are not well informed. Refilling of empty cylinder being the most basic requirement by the customer are not adhered to by the dealer, as same is not provided to them in spite of submitting the empty cylinder by the sub-dealer well in advance i.e 10 days in advance. This is the crucial problem of the customers.

(c) There have been various complains with respect to the stove such as poor quality, non-functioning of knob, broken stand of the stoves etc.

(d) These issues are getting reflected in the leading local newspapers thereby debasing the reputation to G.N. India Gas (P) Ltd.

(e) The block dealer and the dealer both should be made responsible to ensure the smooth supply of refill cylinders to the sub-dealers. So that the routine replacement of empty cylinder be carried out in the stipulated 21 days timeframe.

(f) The situation has become so critical that if a Sub-dealer has to get the old cylinders replaced with the filled ones that he has to get fresh new connection from its dealer in order to provide his customers, these conditions are not good in the interest of the company as well as its customers.

5. In view of the above, I would humbly request you to please intervene, frame proper guidelines, standard operating procedure and duties and responsibilities for each of the Distributor, Dealer and Sub-Dealer separately so as to ensure proper and smooth supplying of filled cylinders.

6. The problem if not addressed would result in mismanagement, dictatorship by the Distributor and Dealer earning bad reputation to G.N. India Gas (P) Ltd.

7. I would therefore; request to look into the matter and necessary action be initiated to address the ongoing problems at this agency.
