Dear Sir,
I Dr. Rajesh Kumar Verma,SMO,Worid Health Organisation,NPSP Unit,Banka,had purchased 4 (Four) SBI Life Policy of Rs.50,000/- each on 01/09/2009 (2 Policy) and on 01/10/2009 (2 Policy) from SBI,BANKA,District-Banka (BIHAR) and payment of all four premium were deducted from my account Number - 30435618044 of SBI,Banka. But only three policies Certificate were issued and one policy is not issued yet. I had enquired many times and met the Brach Manager on his advice I had given written complaints but no action were taken from Bank.Still the Branch had not given me the policy and nor refund the premium amount back to my account. After many visits to SBI,Banka No employee of Bank is giving proper anser to me.This is complete irresponsibility of Branch,which is creating mental and Physical torture to me. Details of Payment deducted for
Master Policy No.********210 is Rs.1266 on 20/08/2008, 26/08/2008, 27/08/2008 & 16/09/2008 from my account mentioned above.
Kindly,take apropriate action and provide my cerficate/ Amount Refund.

Dear, As a sister concern and as a corporate agent of SBI Bank Manager and SBI Life in responsiable for the same, AS per IRDA with in 45 days policy bond must be reach to policy holder,
First you give them written application and have receiving copy of application then ofter 15 day ask order and action sheet for your application under RTI Act-2005, similiear do with IRDA. definately you will find your bond at your door.
Please check your all policy is properly issued as bank manager explan all T&C . SBI Life is badname to sale policy by the name of Bank FD and have commession 20%
