Did online transaction on on 1st June 2016 for Airtel DTH connection amounting Rs 1490 for 2 times. The amonut Rs 2980 ( 2*1490 )got deducted But both times the web page showed error.
Immediately I contacted Bank and Bank told me that Yes the amonut has been deducted and if seller does not claim amount within 15 days the amount will be refunded. After 15 days when I contacted Axis Bank for update I was told that seller has claimed the amount on very next day I.e. on 2nd June.
But the seller is not ready to accept he has claimed any amount. Even I have written confirmation that seller has claimed the amount. It was seller duty that when they claimed amount they would provide me service and refund the second payment. But this seller is not even ready to accept that they have claimed amount. The seller is asking for payment id, now if the page has thrown error from where do I get the payment id. They are even not accepting the bank transaction id and payment id provided by axis bank. As per them these details are bank details not there.
The Axis Bank has given in written in mail that money has been claimed by the seller comparedth on 2nd June 2016.
