I would like express my disappointment and share my experience with you with regards to my membership with Club Mahindra. Here, I want to state that I am really very upset with the kind of response I have received from Club Mahindra regarding my membership cancellation. The issue is regarding misguiding and misleading the members like me who really trusted your brand name.


2 years ago, I received a call from one of the sales personnel of Club Mahindra at The Atria Mall, informing that we had won 2 days and 3 night holiday voucher and that to avail the same; we would have to attend a presentation.

The executive of Club Mahindra mentioned to us that we would get a free holiday gift from Club Mahindra without any terms and conditions. Though we confirmed at the time of the call whether there would be any terms and conditions, we were assured that there would be none. On good faith of the Mahindra brand, we trusted the executive and made time from work to visit the Club Mahindra office on the same day.

I became member of Club Mahindra on 15th January, 2010 and received confirmation call on 21st January 2010 wherein couple of things were false (wrong information given while selling the membership).

One of the things mentioned was I can book holidays in any season 6 month before whereas the actual term is I can book in upper season only 15 days in advance.

Another thing mentioned was the annual fees which was not told to us.

The real problem started when we were calling the call center for a booking for the 2 days 3 nights voucher which was given to us. When ever we called we were put on hold for long hours, we were told that you are not eligible for this resort. We finally decided to cancel this membership before we could actually make use of it.
