Cleartrip Travel Services Private Limited - Clear trip refund policy is pathetic

I have done booking for hotel in through Clear trip to Alibag on 30/12/2010. But I have cancelled on the same day... And I received the cancellation confirmation also. After almost twenty days when I reverted back to Cleartrip I was rreplied saying that there will not be any refund done as the cancellation is done on same day. Cleartrip has really fooled the customer for Rs 12000.
