My dad wanted me to be connected the moment i landed in UK and for that he got me a clay sim card especially designed with a student plan. It was all good initially everything was wrking fine and then just before we got our first bill, these ppl would call me at odd hours in the day to pay my dues or else they would disconnect my services. When my father ultimately scolded the sales person who got us the sim, they stopped and emailed us a bill of 19000/- for a month. When asked for a detailed copy, they took 10 ddays to send that across which showed a total of 10,000/-. We learnt our lesson in the first month of Clay’s service only and settled the contract after that. It was a lesson learnt. Its better to get a sim card from closer to ur uni as they have better offers.
