My son was traveling to Australia for his higher studies and to make life simpler for him we got him a student plan from Clay telecom. Well what life simpler – we literally made all of our lives hell. The initial first 2 months everything worked fine with the sim card. Proper itemised bills and regular updates, and just as wen u think everything will be fine further on, you get a bill worth 25k mid month for clearance else services be stopped!! 25k!!!! It has taken us several follow up emails on the itemised bill and visits to the office, and realised the bills were all forged and messed up with to mint extra money !! We finally landed up paying 5k and have got the contract cancelled. Dealing with high level frauds !!!
