I had been admitted in the B.L. Kapoor Hospital on 25/11/2015. I had 3 Claims with me whose details are as follows :-

1) Claim of Rs. 31690/- on Policy No. 215400/48/2016/1852. M.A.ID No. 5010045608 , Claim ID :- 11971726
2) Claim of Rs. 2154/- on Policy No. 215400/48/2016/1852, M.A.ID No. 5010045608 , Claim ID :- 12225928
3) Claim of Rs. 5256/- on Policy No. 215400/48/2016/1852. M.A.ID No. 5010045608 , Claim ID :- 12235571

They Received my 1st Claim On Date 03/12/2015 ; 2nd Claim On 02/01/2016 ; and 3rd Claim On 03/02/2016. My 1st Claim and my 3rd Claim is successfully settled but my 2nd claim is not settled till now.

I contacted Medi Assist regarding it on their toll-free no. 1********49 but they didn't provide me any satisfied reason for not settlement of my complaint. They always tell me that my claim is denied but they didn't provide me any satisfactory reason.

I request you to please see into the matter so that I can Receive My Claim Amount ASAP.
I will be greatly thankful to you if You can help me in receiving my Claim Amount.
