SERIOUS COMPLAINT against Chennai Packers and movers.http://www.chennaipackersmovers.com/ I have shipped my household items which includes my Black Bajaj pulsar Bike 2003 model from Bangalore to Chennai on 5th May with the tracking number 2209 and it is not yet delivered. They have promised me that it will be delivered on the next day if I pay 9000 Rs. But I am still waiting for my things. So far I have made more than 500 calls to the numbers 0********11 and 0********05 and they have stopped picking up the calls now and whenever picks the call they provide wrong information or make threatening statments. Because of the false commitment of this packers and movers I have vacated my company guest house and staying in a hotel paying 3000 Rs per day. Already stayed 4 days and I have also missed my flight due to the unexpected delay made by the packing staffs. The staffs also behaves very unprofessionally over the phone and abusing me. Overall It turned out to be a bitter experience. Waiting for a response from a senior Authority who can help me on this.
