I had received an ICON G4 Mobile from Tvc skyshop on 27th Apr 2011 on payment of Rs. 6640.00 (Six thousand six hundred fourty) & the product doesn't having Indian Time setup, and Doesn't have futures which they have mentioned in your website:http://www.tvcskyshop.com/Product/ProductDetails.aspx

I had complained to your companies Custom Care Deportment Complaint no 857870-167 & forwarded complaint to it's corporate office & registered office but no action is being taken till now.

Still now you are not ready to take back the product nor to replace it from the new one. Simply you people are telling it will take time. Still now they are not committed any time to replace date either in 1 year or 2 years.........

Please help me regarding this so that i'll be able to get back my money back or the ICON G4 should be replaced with the new without any problem.
