Booked two tickets in SVR travels for rajamundry for Volvo bus. The bus seats are very dirty and stinking. Ticket fare is Rs 950. One tickets was cancelled as he got rashes due to the shabby seat covers. We were told that the refund shall be given if any tickets is being issued to any other person. One passenger occupied the seat. This ticket was sold by the bus conductor (in black without any issuing any ticket) and the account was not shown to the travels. We were not paid the reimbursement. Inspite of this the travell agent abused us using vulgar language.
